These sausages have been carefully made starting with pigs from the North Carolina Hog Growers Association.  The sopressata and Spanish style chorizo have been crafted by Good Foods Award winner, Sam Suchoff of Lady Edison in Chapel Hill.  The lamb in the Milano salami comes from Sun Raised Farms. Their lambs are pasture-raised on NC solar farms.  All of these naturally fermented, dry cured salamis are produced by Giacomo Santomauro of San Giuseppe Salami Co. in Elon, NC.  These are elegant, flavorful sausages, fit for any cheeseboard.
