Our meats are leaner and free of moisture enhancements/marinades, so overcooking will result in tough meat.

  • USDA recommends cooking all whole cuts to at least 145° internally, as measured with a food thermometer.
  • USDA recommends cooking all ground meats, the internal temperature should read 160°.
Helpful Hint: If in doubt, pull the meat out early! You can always cook it a little more but you can't take back what is already well-done!
